BecomeOne Foundational Yoga Training
200-Hour Teacher Training
TBA
This 200-Hour Functional Yoga Curriculum uniquely integrates the mind, body, and soul with the essential components of asana, anatomy, philosophy, and sequencing.
What is Functional Yoga?
The Functional approach to Yoga enhances the student’s experience of their body and their practice. It is not a type of Yoga, rather an approach to Yoga making the pose useful and purposeful to the individual.
In BecomeOne’s 200HR Functional Yoga training you will learn to TEACH PEOPLE NOT POSES by learning the universal biomechanics of the human body.
What is Biomechanics?
Bio = the study of Life
Mechanics = functional details or procedure of how something operates or works.
Biomechanics is the study of movement of a living body including how muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments work together to produce movement.
We are studying the way human life moves before skeletal deviations or injury have occurred, so we can skillfully adapt the pose for each individual body.
BecomeOne’s 200HR FYTT is broken down in a 3 part process so you can
